Synology Drive Client does not use the OS Certificate store. TL:DR Let’s Encrypt has changed the default Root CA for their certificates as of May 4th.

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate some instructions. For future reference this issue persists on Synology Drive Client 2.0.4-11112 on Windows 10 (with DSM 6.2.4-2555).
At Control Panel > Security > Certificate, you can do the following: Add certificates. Having a certificate allows users to validate the identity of a server and the administrator before sending any confidential information.

I figure I could get motion working, then if possible have it dump files to a watched folder. Apwill be the date were officially discontinuing the Cloud Station family of applications on DSM. But I have no idea how/if that could be done. The next logical idea would be to just move or copy a completed file to the OneDrive folder once it is produced. I suspect it has to do with the current recording constantly being overwritten/updated. Tried having it record directly to the onedrive folder but it just keeps Cloud Sync perpetually syncing and producing ALOT of filed ending with the word CONFLICT. Right now I have Cloud Sync synced to my OneDrive. If you are using Synology Drive, please submit a support ticket so we may look into the problem. If you are using Cloud Station, as others have mentioned, you may switch Cloud Station to self-signed certificate. Only way I could get Drive to work through reverse proxy was by also opening and appropriately forwarding 6690. The Android app and iOS can use whatever port you setup because there is no 'sync' feature like on desktop. Anyone have any suggestions for having these clips upload automatically in some way to say, OneDrive, once a recoding/image is created. As far as we are aware, the newer Synology Drive should not have this problem. This is a good answer, most Cloud Station/Drive programs from Synology have 6690 hard-coded in for sync traffic. Right now I have it set to constantly record in 30 min clips. NAS, portable hard drives, or 20 Offsite Cloud Storage The NetApp data. So ever since I got my Amcrest camera running with Surveillance Station I've been scratching my head at just how one would possibly automatically send recordings to the cloud in the event of a break in and subsequent theft of the disk station.
